This solo training is especially created by Cosima for tangodancers who wish to practice milonga: precision, musicality, footwork, balance, posture and creative combinations (mini choreo). If you can not attend live at this day/time, you can join the class with the recording.

Ladystyling

Dates: 24 May - 31 May - 7 June - 14 June 2022 at 20 hr

This Ladystyling class is created by Cosima for solo tangodancers who wish to improve balance and posture, feel more free in their movements, accurate footwork, and who wish to learn and practice unique embellishments. Every class we train the basics, we learn a new embellishment, and we train a mini-choreo. If you can not attend live at this day/time, you can join the class with the recording. In the summary Mariano & Cosima demonstrate together how the embellishment is used in the dance.

Morning Workout

Dates: 25 May - 1 June - 8 June - 15 June 2022 at 9 AM

This workout is created by Cosima especially for tangodancers. We use elements from yoga, pilates, fysiotherapy and tango. We train flexibility, strength, balance and we finish each class with a short meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and place a mat on the floor for the excercises. If you can not attend live at this day/time, you can join the class with the recording.
