Herbstkurs: 6. - 13. - 20. 27. Nov, 4. - 11. Dez 2023
Improvisation, Verbindung, Musikalität. Dieser Kurs ist geeignet für Tanzpaare die gerne spielen mit der Musik und die Variationen. Wir machen viele tolle Übungen für die Verbindung im Paar und die Improvisation und Stil.
Wir schicken jede Woche die Aufnahme des Unterrichts, und du kannst es so oft zurück schauen wie du willst. Wenn du nicht live online mitmachen kannst, dann kannst du den Unterricht auch mit dem Aufnahme lernen.

Milonga & Vals Solo Training ♀ ♂
Spring Course (Vals): 14. - 21. - 28. March - 4. - 11. - 18. - 25. April 2023
Technique & Combinations for milonga lisa y traspié. In each class we train techniques, musicality and variations. You practice both roles. This will prepare you the best for improvisation on the dance floor.
This solo training is especially created by Mariano y Cosima for tangodancers who wish to practice milonga: precision, musicality, footwork, balance, posture and creative combinations. You train both roles, and we explain the similarities and differences for leaders and followers.
You get the recording after each class, and watch it back as often as you like. If you can not attend live at this day/time, you can join the class with the recording.

Styling & Technique for Followers ♀ ♂
Spring Course: 14. - 21. - 28. March - 4. - 11. - 18. - 25. April 2023
This Ladystyling class is created by Cosima for solo tangodancers who wish to improve balance and posture, feel more free in their movements, accurate footwork, and who wish to learn and practice unique embellishments.
After each class we send you a recorded summary where Mariano & Cosima demonstrate together how the embellishments, techniques or variations are used in the dance as a couple.
Balance, Body Awareness, Technique, Sequences, Musicality, Style and Embellishments for followers. In each class we start with a small full-body warming up. Then we train the balance, free leg, transfer of weight, pivots and rotations. We continue with working on a special adorno, that we fit in a small mini-choreography, and we finish each class with a stretch & cooling down.
You get the recording after each class, and watch it back as often as you like. If you can not attend live at this day/time, you can join the class with the recording.

Workout for Tango Dancers ♀ ♂
Spring Course: 15. - 22. - 29. March - 5. - 12. - 19. - 26. April 2023 - 3. May
This workout is especially created for tangodancers, with effective total body warming ups, stretches, balances, and final relaxation. Absolutely recommended to stay flexible this autumn and winter, not just physically, but also mentally. This is a great way to start the day with a big smile.
You can repeat each workout as often as you wish, and at any time of the day. If you can not join live in the morning, just join any other time that suits you.
